On the longest night of the year, we gather in stillness to honor the turning of the light. The Winter Solstice invites us to slow down, root deeply, and listen inward—just as the Earth rests before renewal. Through restorative Yin postures and resonant vibrations of instrumental sound, we soften into darkness and attune to the quiet hum of returning light. This evening is an offering of reflection, release, and rebirth—a reminder that within every silence, the seeds of new beginnings are already stirring.
