9/27/25: Autumn Equinox Yin & Sound with Elise & Tatyana
You are invited to join Elise Gee and Tayana Baron for an evening of yin yoga and sound healing in celebration of the Autumn Equinox. As the season shifts from Summer to Fall, the length of day and night are of equal balance. We are reminded to embrace the polarity of lightness and darkness as harmonious halves that make a whole.
