6//14/25: Yin & Sound Bath
I invite you to an evening of Yin yoga and sound healing that I am co-leading with sound, healer Tatyana Baron. Settle into supportive, long-held, floor based postures while bathing in a symphony of sound of singing crystal bowls and various meditative instruments. As the sun sets, the practice winds down with a long savasana to absorb the vibrational frequencies of this transcendent experience.
Bring your mat and optional eye mask. All other props will be provided. Please arrive fifteen to thirty minutes early. Street parking is available or in the public lot behind the Marshall Building.
